About Me

Ana is a 43 year old art & design professional from Manila, currently based in Sydney. She's been designing and making art since 2001. A fine arts graduate from the University of the Philippines Diliman. Her passion for cakes started when she was a 5 year old baking assistant to her equally creative aunt. She'd marvel on Jane Asher's Party Cake books dreaming she'd one day create marvellous cakes to bring smiles and joy to people.

Her years of experience in the arts and her knack for learning has led her into fulfilling her dreams of bringing smiles and joy to people through her creative cake designing skills. From buttercream cakes, fresh cream cakes, cheesecakes, to 3D fondant cakes, fondant and modelling chocolate sculptures and more. She continues to challenge herself in trying new styles, ingredients, and techniques in decorating and creating cakes and desserts.

Her design process is very hands-on and detailed. She loves design and anything artful.
